Ford Super Duty Aluminum Back Rack – Designed & Manufactured In-House
Designed specifically for the Ford Super Duty, this back rack was engineered to complement the truck’s body lines rather than look like a traditional add-on accessory. Instead of the typical flat, bulky rack design, this unit was carefully shaped to follow the contours of the cab and bed, creating a clean, integrated look that feels like it belongs on the truck from the factory.
Each rack is designed and manufactured in-house, built from 5052 aluminum for strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced weight. The rack is CNC bent, fully welded and hand-shaped so the structure appears as one continuous piece, giving it a refined, high-end appearance while maintaining the durability required for real-world work environments.
Integrated lighting is built into the rack to provide additional function for operators working in low-light conditions. The system incorporates Buyers Products tail lights, offering traditional tail light functionality along with integrated strobe capability for increased visibility and safety.
The angled top section of the rack includes dedicated mounting for Diode Dynamics bed lights, perfectly positioned to illuminate the entire bed area when working or loading equipment at night.
Functionality was also a key part of the design. The rack is engineered to fully clear the factory bed camera, ensuring the OEM camera system remains completely usable.
